- 1Read the Terms and membership expectations.
- 2Choose VWF Married Women or VWF Single Women.
- 3Create your account and pay the applicable membership fee, then fill out the membership form.
- 4Complete the one-week Orientation Programme.
- 5Confirm your commitment and receive your community and House placement.

How VWF works

- A personal Scripture portion and simple accountability.
- Weekly
- A House discussion with women in the same membership pathway.
- Twice monthly
- General VWF teaching, prayer, formation or fellowship.
- Throughout the year
- Events, projects, celebrations, practical resources and service opportunities.
- September to September
- One complete VWF membership and formation season.
Your VWF House
Every member belongs to a smaller House of approximately 25 to 35 women. Your House is where you are personally known, encouraged, cared for and accountable.
Compassionate accountability
VWF is an active fellowship, not a passive WhatsApp group. If genuine difficulty affects your participation, communicate with your House Leader so that we can support you.
What we ask of every member
- Complete the one-week Orientation Programme.
- Join the community that reflects your present marital status.
- Study the assigned Scripture and participate in House accountability.
- Attend House discussions and the two monthly VWF meetings.
- Keep your video on during meetings when reasonably possible.
- Communicate when illness, work, family or another genuine challenge affects participation.
- Protect confidentiality and treat every woman with honour.
- Pay the applicable membership fee.
Fees
Membership fees
The membership fee is part of the membership requirement and helps VWF serve women consistently and responsibly. It supports online meeting and digital platform subscriptions; website, administration, records and communication systems; orientation, programme resources and member follow-up; and celebration materials, design and essential operational support.
The membership fee is not payment for prayer, spiritual teaching or access to God. It supports the practical systems that make the fellowship possible.
